Folks should arrive by 8 to help set up and man the two booths, bringing their class As with them.  We will do 2 practice runs for for the flag retirement ceremony that will be led by Captain O’ Flaherty over the course of the day and will do the retirement ceremony starting at 2:30.  We will stay till 4 then cleanup so should be done by 4:30 to 5.

Complete Class As are mandatory for the Flags Retirement ceremony itself, and cadets must have been present for at least one of the practices.
